Out of the goodness of my heart, I will share with you my most sugary creation: The Sugar Lovers' Waffle!
For this you will need:
Waffle mix (and whatever the waffle mix tells you to do)
Cinnamon
Sugar
Once you make the waffle mix like the box tells you, tell yourself, "I know what would make this better...Sugar!" After convincing yourself that that's what you need, dump in some cinnamon sugar to the mix. You can decide when enough is enough...
Instead of looking peckish white, the mix will turn a nice light golden color with specks of cinnamon.
Cook your waffle on your waffle iron like normal. BUT, before it's done ADD MORE SUGAR!
Open up the waffle iron when the waffle has just taken shape and sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top.
Below you will see half the waffle without sugar and half WITH sugar:
Apply the sugar to the entire waffle and close the iron again.
As the waffle finishes cooking, the sugar will crystallize on the top. Depending on how long you leave the waffle cooking, the sugar will either turn out to be a light crust, or a totally shiny, solid piece of sugar.
I often like mine to just be a light crust. Although, there were times in high school when I got the solid piece of sugar. It's so smooth!
And, of course, to make it even better, add some ice cream!
(Warning: this meal is not intended for persons who do not enjoy sugar. If you do not enjoy the often gritty feeling of sugar being crunched, do not attempt. Also not a good idea for those who gave up sugar for Lent...)

This.... with chocolate milk, or kool-aid, would be a great breakfast.
Oh man this looks delicious. Please come over to my house right away and make it for me. Yum! Thank you!
I made these for Chris. They weren't very good. But let me clarify- the sugar part was DELICIOUS. However, the batter tasted like old cabinets. That was gross.
