It's Leap Day!

Did I take any leaps today? ...
Well...
- I literally leaped any time I told someone it was leap day.
- I attempted to read Tom Sawyer in a deep southern accent when I accidentally deleted the book on CD track that I needed...
- I played the song "Buffalo Gals" to my class and did a hilarious country dance.
- When I couldn't get "Buffalo Gals" to play for my other class, I attempted to sing my own rendition.
- I sang "Savages" from Pocahontas to one of my classes as well as "What Makes the Red Man Red" from Peter Pan.


My leaps were mostly in song form, I guess. 

Time for some lunch bags...

 I hate when potatoes grow eyes. It's one of those food enemies. 

Kelly loves his Danelectro Pro guitar. Those are hearts in his eyes.

Christmas Lunch!

Kelly has been going to work without bringing a lunch recently. He's half hoping the office peeps will say, "Let's all go get sushi!" and he's half telling himself, "I'll just go home on my lunch..." But we all know when it comes lunch time, if you don't have it pre-made, you'll probably go to McDonalds.

So I, the sweet wife, offered to make Kelly's lunch tonight. In my tradition of lunch making, I drew him a picture. His new coworkers have not yet seen my lunch bag designs, so I tried to make it a good one:

I showed Kelly and he buried his face in his hands and said, "I'm going to get beat up."

Brave Little Lunch

Out of all cartoon characters, I try the hardest to be like good ol' toastie. I think I give off more of an annoying radio vibe though.

Lunch Bag Traditions

I have sort of a tradition...

I like to draw on our lunch bags.

I've become quite famous at school for my lunch art work. So, tonight I thought I'd show it off.

This one is Kelly's lunch. His sandwich is rooting for him. GO KELLY! (I like animated food)

This one is my lunch. Can you guess what's inside!? Sometimes I like to give people clues as to what's inside my lunch bag...

I guess now that I'm an artist, I'll post more of my art to impress you. (get ready for lots of pictures of food with legs)
